DPN has recently enhanced eREBS, one of the core eSolutions products, with several new features. The integration to your back office REBS system has been developed to allow additional flexibility and increased user options in the new browser-based version of eREBS.

Menu Options:

All of the new Menu Options for eREBS can be accessed, or restricted, based on each individuals user ID and password. The eREBS menu will display different options based on each user or group of users, such as Managers, Agents, Administrators, or office assistants. For example, a manager would have access to the office production reports, while the agent could be restricted to viewing only their own production.

Home Page:

The new home page features can include an agent picture, a company news scroll, and company links (set by the administrator), in addition to personal links (created by the user). The user interface is style sheet driven, allowing colors, fonts, and images to be set to your specifications.

Change Agent:

All agent information screens (i.e. Listings by agent, agent receivables, etc.) will display a "change agent" button. Clicking on this button will provide the user with a list of the agents in a selected office(s). This option allows the user to easily select another agent's information. Additionally, the search for another agent can be done alphabetically.

Listings by office:

	Active Inventory - all listings having an active status.
	Listings Taken - listings taken in the current month or last month.

View all the listings in a selected office(s), as well as the history of a listing by simply clicking on the property address.

Written Contracts by office:

	Active Inventory - all contracts currently pending.
	Current Month - all contracts pended in the current month.
	Last Month - all contracts pended last month.

View pended contracts in a selected office(s), and view additional contract information by clicking on the property address.

Closed Contracts by office:

	Current Month - all contracts that closed in the current month.
	Last Month - all contracts that closed last month.

View closed contracts in a selected office(s), and view additional contract information by clicking on the property address.

Office Production:

View the office production report for a selected office(s) for the current month. This report includes listings, closed contracts, pending contracts, rejected/fall-through contracts, and agent productivity information.
